Added a comparison from 1940s to 1950s census data of deanwood

Hey, really good work! A few small changes:

• please move all components and styles into folders and files that make more sense (so everything to do with charts should not exist in the /maps dir, for instance)
• please delete the yarn file — we are using npm
• please add the sources! We don't want to risk losing sources. It can be as simple as something in the HTML like <a href="source-link">source name</a> or <p>source name</p> for now
• and finally please fix the linters and frontend tests

I moved the components to a new place I removed yarn and fixed test errors and I added sources!
