This pull request:

Inputs the words of the community page script into the website
adds the images we wanted to include on the page
Adds the skeletons for the maps that will eventually have markers on them marking locations of churches and shops
creates a quote carousel to cycle through a list of quotes (the actual quotes will be added to the page soon)

Hey team, great work! I fixed the merge conflicts. I think there's a bit of work left on the styling front, especially figuring out a way to handle citations (I'm so glad you were able to get them in!). As we're short on time, I'm merging this PR in right now and we can continue to work on it
