Adding Informational and Interactive Elements

This pull request will explore the possibilities of adding interactive features to a map interface.

Minimum Viable Product:

• Map popups are utilized as an interactive way to share information
• Using event listeners to trigger page-wide events such as sidebars, popups, and other ways of displaying more rich information

Stretch goals:

• Combining the historical information with the features above to give users a historical and geographical look at the area in question

• In your PR description, please write what this PR is/adds/fixes. You can also include the overall goal of the project if you want, but the main goal of a description is to let the reviewer and team know what the PR itself is about. Think of it like a project documentation. You can add things like "added webpack-stats.json to .gitignore to declutter" and "updated title of map page." Also don't forget to update the title of the PR to match!
• Please move the JSON data into the /data folder. This is where we will keep our lose JSON data for now.
• Please fix the JS linter error!

Hey, I fixed a couple things and merging this work to not hold it up any longer. All the JSON files have been moved to the /data folder.
