Compress JS output by recording delta between each event #11

This makes the JS output smaller, but will also require a change in the player.

As of f8cb2bc, we output asciicast v1 (https://github.com/asciinema/asciinema/blob/master/doc/asciicast-v1.md), and I don't see any reason this should stay open.
