ui/index-noajax.html: Add example of using player without AJAX loading. #29

Instead, asciicast just loaded as a JS script, which requires prepending a line to it. A trivial sample cast is included, as well as small audio. index-noajax.html can be opened in a browser locally in the filesystem, or deployed on a webserver.

IMHO, it's priceless when you can clone a project, tap Enter and see it in action.
