When multiple resources tag in manifest file get error

'item.identifierref' threw an exception of type 'System.Exception' when mutiple resource.

When i try run downloading runtime sample on url "https://scorm.com/scorm-explained/technical-scorm/golf-examples/" it's give me above url . please help
