Center subscribe button and add latest job to position list

Centered the "Get my emails with life advice for students!" button by adding a subscribe-btn class to the p tag.

Updated the CSS under the "Button" section, adding text-align: center for the subscribe-btn class to ensure proper centering.

Added the latest job to the position list and adjusted the alignment of the li elements for better readability.
