Suggestion: page offset parameter #346

Sometimes PDF documents have only few pages extracted from a wider document, 
though not starting from page 1. 
Is it possible to add a page offset parameter to flexpaper in order to add an 
offset to the page counter?

Example: 
Document pages starting from 51 to 80. 
In FlexPaper, pages range is 1-30. 
It would be useful to add an offset of 50 to force the flexpaper page range to 
51-80.
