One Sentence Description (Summary) Attempting to send with zero balance or sending negative amounts has confusing errors

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get your account to a maxed out negative balance of favor (i.e. spend to your credit limit)
  2. Attempt to send a positive amount of favor to someone
  3. Error message says that amount "must be less than -10". This is confusing and makes no sense to user
  4. Change the balance to -5 or -20 and attempt to send again
  5. Error message says that amount "must be more than .001", which makes sense by itself and is not a bug IMO but can be confusing to user in context
