Join page currently doesn't do anything #5

The join page /pages/join/index.vue currently doesn't do anything when a user submits their information.

A new route (api/members/waitlist) needs to be created that adds waitlist members to the database. Ideally they would also be added to our CMS (Mailchimp at time of writing).
