update-deps not working correctly

Hi,

I'm using this package recently and it's an awesome tool!

Now I'm facing an issue. The dep version was updated wrong after publishing two packages. The screen shots below:

versions:

• multi-semantic-release@2.13.0
• semantic-release@19.0.3
• @semantic-release/gitlab@9.3.2
• @semantic-release/git@10.0.1

Did I miss something?

It seems that I'm using the inherit bump strategy which doesn't fit my needs.

I'll close this issue.
