It seems that Travis-CI has dropped this repo profile (https://www.travis-ci.com/dhoulb/multi-semantic-release — 404). Let's swithc to gh-actions. Could you set NPM_TOKEN, GH_TOKEN secrets?

@antongolub No problem! Thank you for your patience on this. I've set NPM_TOKEN (and I believe GH_TOKEN is set automatically).
