are we using the most up-to-date eff list? and does this also happen with the old assets setup?

  1. The eff list can only be updated from an automatic update. So for most of the users, they should be using the most up-to-date eff list. However "Update Now" button can't update eff list and there is no separate button to update it. This means that for most of the time in the development/testing, the list being used is still the one from 2017. I will create a new ticket for this.
  2. The old assets setup(3.8.101) doesn't have this issue
