Certain type of ad not blocked (ddownr.com) (see first image), [Content-Warning]?

Describe the issue

When I use ddownr, I get a strange popup on the corner of my screen which I believe is an ad, probably a malicious one. I think this should be covered by AdNauseum.

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

1. Enter the website (ddownr.com)
2. Wait a few seconds
3. Notice that there are strange pop-ups on the top right corner of the screen
