Add information regarding AdNauseam issue ticket

On our current support page, and also on page "report issue on website", we currently have uBlock Origin text which doesn't explain the filter issues on adnauseam, and how to distinguish what is and what isn't "AdNauseam-specific".

We can also add options such as "no ad collected"

This can be accessed on this button on uBlock menu:

excellent, we might also include some language or a checkbox along the lines of 'I have tested this on ublock origin and verified that the problem is specific to ADN'
