Dialog for vault export #643

An ad export includes the full clickstream for a user -- should be able to erase this info on export Also, another option might be to remove visit/noVisit data

we are ready tech-wise, but pushing to 3.2 (and then 3.3., and then 3.4) since we don't yet have an interface yet

we also need a design for redacted pageUrl/pageTitle in the vault-inspector (current below):
