Offline version of all press pages #428

We can do this either with a webpage downloader or as pdfs (or both), but its important for our documentation going forward

Do you mean downloading and create a pdf of for all the press pages? Will these go to the master branch?

Lets keep these out of github for now... To start, pick one or two articles in English, and save the page both as a pdf, and as html (with all resources, so it can be viewed offline). Then we can compare, decide which we prefer, and pick a location for storage...

Seems like Firefox's Save-Page-As -> Web-Page-Complete works pretty well just need to make sure it works offline in ff and chrome

Would it be better to save the offline versions on dropbox? It would be easier to maintain I think... so I don't need to email you the whole pack every time I update it.
