Toggle for dark / shadow display #81

Need to be able to show the app with the shadow text and current text swapped. The shadow text is visible and all colors are inverted (dark background with light text).

The goal here is to be able to show two separate versions, side-by-side, in an exhibition setting. One is the normal version, and one is the inverted version (dark theme, with 'shadow' text visible)

NOTE: I've added a variable shadowMode and a keyboard shortcut 's' to toggle it

question: how should the bands behave in shadow mode (do their colors get inverted too? etc)

not sure what will look better - lets leave them as is for now
