SelfiePage page spec. #199

User is presented with preview window, and a 3-2-1 countdown. Their picture then goes to the bottom of the screen. They can take as many as they want, and then pick one. When they pick one, we go to the next page. The functionality here is very similar to the demo for https://github.com/tjmw/react-photobooth . Hopefully the entire component can be used as is.
