Mupen64Plus fails to recognize keyboard input changes #448

Describe your system:
 - Operating System (be specific): OSX Leopard (10.5.8)
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 32-bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.99.4
 - Plugins used: GLIDE64 visual plugin

Describe the problem:

When I edit InputAutoCfg.ini, Mupen64plus does not recognized the changed
keybinds. I can save the file and the changes will persist amongst saves, but
the updated key won't correspond to the desired key.

To be more specific, I want to switch the keybinds for the D-Pad and the
C-buttons, and to bind L-Shoulder,R-Shoulder A, B, and Z-Trigger to Z, X, C, V,
and Spacebar, respectively. I've double-checked the Unicode numbers and they're
right, but Mupen64Plus does not recognize the changes.

Please provide any additional information below.

Otherwise, games function perfectly.

InputAutoCfg.ini is only to save predefined mappings and you should only do
that when you want to test new autoconfiguration settings (so you should really
know what you are doing and what effects it has).

Please change the configuration in mupen64plus.cfg
