Configuring Controller needs root priveleges? #602

Describe your system:
- Operating System (be specific):
Arch Linux 64
- Mupen64Plus version:
Version 2.0.0
- Plugins used:
Standard

Describe the problem:

I want to add a Controller to Mupen64Plus and did this by adding it to:
/usr/share/mupen64plus/InputAutoCfg.ini as root.

But the Gui Frontend I'm creating at the moment should do this automatically
without being root.

Whats about also searching for controllers in the mupen64plus.cfg?

THX

No, you configure your controller in ~/.config/mupen64plus/mupen64plus.cfg (the
other file contains only some presets for autoconfiguration). Also read
