Simplify configuration #23

I've configured window-title-applet's text as %a for all three situations. Now when there is no foreground application (i.e. the desktop is in the foreground), literally just "%a" is displayed. This looks like a bug to me. (running KDE Neon stable)

Naah. This is not bug. If there is no window open, there is nothing to substitute with. Hence,

only %q substitution is supported in that column.

Edit: hover over 'info' tool button to see what substitutions are available.

You might be right from a mere technical perspective; however for the user this looks super annoying. It would be better to replace %a in that situation with an empty string or even better with a user-definable string (which one could choose to set to for "Desktop", for example).
