Corrected Invalid Contribute Link in README #98

One of the contribute links was linking to a CONTRIBUTING.md file instead of the link that was used elsewhere in the README.

Sorry I don't normally work with forks and pull requests and I realized that most people create a branch in the fork instead of committing directly to master, I'm not sure if you want me to close this pull request and make a new one or?
