Handle MIB resolve failure #7

When the MIB resolver fails for whatever reason, do not continue to process the values and drop them from the annotated output.

Coverage increased (+0.5%) to 24.964% when pulling c94bab230331c77e2ce715e7485eb4f4be9ee88e on resolve-failure into f0dd5c06b73750ee95604c67df907b17772f86dc on master.
