Can I get the comments from nicovideo? #242

In nicovideo.jp the comments are very important.They are often displayed on the 
screen when the video is displayed.

They are scrolling on the screen,like this:

Can I get them? >_<

By the way,if i also can get comments from Youtube.com(and so on),and store 
them  like a ".XML"file.And update them at my favorite time....then It's 
awesome!! XD

Its the type of thing that would probably only be added if some one goes out 
and tries to add it. I suppose these could be used as subtitles; making it a 
lot easier to play on screen.
