What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open terminal under linux
2. run: get_flash_videos -r high
https://www.wolfram.com/broadcast/screencasts/howtoimportaspreadsheet/
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to download the screencast;
instead it returns:

Using method 'generic' for
https://www.wolfram.com/broadcast/screencasts/howtoimportaspreadsheet/
This looks like RTMP
(rtmp://streamingmedia.wolfram.com/ondemand/broadcast/screencasts/howtoimportasp
readsheet/howto_importaspreadsheet), no generic support yet..
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version: 1.24
Ubuntu Linux 10.04 LTS
