Multiple bugfixes and updates, use requests for downloading etc.

I decide to make a pull request of my whole master branch since the changes are quite substantial.

Basic overview:

• Fixes bugs in Semver and SemverRange: Comparing 2.0 < 0.5 now returns the correct result, ranges such as ">= 0.5, < 2.0" now parse as well
• Replace httplib with requests. httplib was very slow for me and prone to timing out. Requests is more reliable and the code is simpler (and requests is a very common python module so any distribution should have it)
• Use py.test for unit tests rather than just having a --test-semver flag and printing comparisons. This way there'll be actual failures reported if the results change unexpectedly.
• Hook up to Travis CI to run the tests there.
• Integrate patches for defaulting to crate name as library name and adding --no-download flag
• Code cleanups, try to follow PEP-8 a bit more closely
• Don't require the cargo directory to be a proper git repository, all we need is the Cargo.toml file anyway and this way it's possible to use the official release tarball as the base source.
• Add --urls-file command line argument to write all the downloaded URLs to a file. This is useful for distribution packaging.
