Construct Genomic Data Commons (GDC) data module exposing the various GDC projects for querying and rapid ingestion into the Bayesian Knowledge Base (BKB) architecture. Module will include at a minimum all serviceable TCGA sources. May require further investigation/integration into other GDC sources.

GDC module is complete. Still needs to be exposed via an API that Dartmouth team can access
