Allow a GSA to get information from the Argo discovery ecosystem.
The use-case is the following:
Argo allows the advertisement of HUMAN_CONSUMABLE services. Basically, a link to a web site. People like to find such links via a Google search (not sure why, but whatever).
A Google search engine should be able to find these service records.
This will allow completely dynamic services to pop-up on the network and be "discoverable" via a well-understood search engine query.
It's the best of both worlds, really. With the Argo responder plug-ing that bridge other discovery protocols such as mDNS, UDDI and SSDP, pretty much anything popping up on any network could be discoverable via a Google search.
