Hello! First, I'd like to thank you for this great tool, it's a big time saver!

I'd wanted to suggest adding an option to set a path to already installed projects or an option to scan a selected directory to detect already installed projects. Also: I think Seait has great potential to become a universal launcher for different AI projects, and since many of them are sharing same components, like a Stable Diffusion model for example. It would be great and helpful to be able to manage such sharable components directly from Seait. Thank you for your work! Keep it up!
