Unable Having Trial registered #43

Hi, When i launch dp.kinect2.maxhelp and click "register trial", i have this message > dp.kinect2: dp.kinect2 registered for trial. Valid 9 Jun 2018 - 23 Jun 2018. So it is ok .. So now i quit max and try to reopen max but its impossible to relaunch max . In task manager it says that max was not quit . If i choose to "end task" it is ok i can relaunch max but each time i launch "dp.kinect2.maxhelp" ive this problem Do you have an idea , please ? i bought a licence yesterday but it `s the same thing it append only with dp.kinect2.maxhelp . i tried to copy dp.kinect2 object in a new patch and tried to reopen it , and it is the same ... impossible to reopen max after quit ... it seems related to your external ? All other patch works well ...

Hello. I'm not aware of a problem like this. To help further, I'll need more information and a full set of repro steps. Please read https://github.com/diablodale/dp.kinect2/issues/1 so that I have enough information to setup my computer in the same way and follow exactly the steps to reproduce your problem.

While you gather that information, is dp.kinect2 working? Can you use the examples in the help file with your sensor and you get depth, color, skeletons, etc?
