I noticed it is also missing from https://github.com/sindresorhus/transliterate/blob/master/replacements.js

Just to let you know (so you can make decisions in your bug triage): I have neither the time nor the expertise (domain knowledge) to contribute at the moment. I just wanted to point out the missing piece :)
