tls-sni-01 support #68

This is more of request than and issue but support for tls-sni-01 verification would be invaluable for those of us unable to work on port 80.

This script used to used tls-sni-01, but moved away from it because it was more complex. If you need something other than the http challenge, I'd suggest using another client.
