tr.po: update informations #11

I'm so sorry about sending PR instead using Weblate, but i had to change some informations including copyright thing. The only thing I changed is the translator's (me) name and mail.

This is probably second information update PR by me (done with an old GitHub account). I'm so sorry about this situation.

It's fine. It used to be troublesome when we didn't exactly know how Weblate worked, but right now, sending MRs here is fine. So, don't worry about it XD
