Updated German translation for Dialect 2.0

Ooh, really sorry, looks like someone already updated the translation in Weblate: https://github.com/dialect-app/po/commit/c460f7a5f994d16df06862c51ce3029b520d279e, that's why this PR is conflicting.

I see some divergences in the translations, so if you think the committed one needs corrections, feel free to update the PR.

Really sorry for the loose of time, it's a downside of this.

Thanks for the reply. No problem. The translation on Weblate is ok. Some strings I would use another German translation because of the grammar and because the GNOME project uses its own default translations of some words. But it's no big thing.
