Add British English (en_GB) translation support #17

I noticed the word “Behavior” in the preferences dialog, and would like to contribute a British English translation to add the letter “u”.

However when I browse to https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/dialect/#languages and attempt to add a British English translation, I see:

There are substantially more speakers of British English than there are of Middle English or Old English!

If you go to the Dialect component (https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/dialect/dialect/), and you go to the Start new translation button at the bottom, you will get a sightly different UI that let's you select en_GB:

That's the page I'm on. It doesn't offer me en_GB. A note on the page reads: This list includes only basic languages. Please contact project maintainers to add others.

So i believe you need to use your more capable version of the form to add dialects of modern English. Old and Middle English are not dialects of 'en'.

Thanks! I have translated the word that I noticed, and will continue working through the other strings, bashing the "copy" button, at some later point.
