Dialogflow start conversation periodically #307

Hi, I am using Dialogflow toghether with Telegram and Firebase to create my bot. I am trying to make Dialogflow make the first move and start a conversation let's say every 3 days, is this possible?? Please someone help me I am kind of desperate.
