Bigger changes

Makes it so when a glossary is hovered all dialogic input is blocked.
Moves Portrait Z-index to a tree-order based system that sorts the portrait containers. This simplifies layout setups. Discussed on discord.
removes old files/folders

Hi Jowan. I don't know why but after these fixes I tried to install Dialogic on a brand new project (4.1.3) and all I have is the audio tab in a freshly created timeline. Is there anything that I need to do now? :/

@FernandoZares I don't know the origin, but Dialogic 2 is currently targeting Godot 4.2, so you should try updating Godot

@FernandoZares Can you share the errors in your Output. As I've been using 4.2 there is always a possibility of it breaking for older versions.

Try:

Close Godot
remove the .godot folder from your project
Open Godot and your project again
Go to Project -> Reload Current Project

Other things you should check:

How did you update dialogic, could it be that old files are still present (for example by overwriting the old folder instead of fully replacing it)
Did it fail to add the Dialogic autoload? If so add it manually. It should be named Dialogic and use the script res://addons/dialogic/Other/DialogicGameHandler.gd

I'm not using Dialogic in any old project. Everything I'm doing now has been created just for it. Which means anybody starting a brand new project would hit the same errors. You could do the same test. Create a brand new one and download it like anybody else and you will experience the same.

I've created a brand new project both in 4.1.3 and 4.2 stable and installed a fresh version of dialogic from main. It works very well without any errors (after the first opening, which has expected errors).

And it did create the Autoload correctly? Because the errors seem to indicate it didn't.
