add time limit config per kit

especially for bridges. it's the only thing missing in this plugin to bridges be perfect. if you don't want to add in all kits, make at least a 15 minute timer to finish the bridges game. give victory to whoever has the most points, or make a tie if you end up with the same amount of points. this is a very important thing, trust me.
