hi, i dont really know about this /timings thing, the only thing i know is that these red numbers mean that something is wrong and not working properly, so ive fixed every single timing issue, and now i have only one thing i havent fixed here it is, like i said, i dont know about these things and i dont even know what that means, so is this normal or there is something wrong with it? and if there is a way to fix it, how?

use the spark plugin for that, it's more accurate and you could disable the timings in spigot.yml

Yea use spark. It is better.

From what I've seen, the "red" thing is caused by teleportation. But it shouldn't cause too much lag since it is just a simple teleport. I need a full spark report to investigate further.
