Allow to break all the map #490

My suggestion is if the option to break the entire map is also added, it would be great, for example, if this option appears in the kit settings, and when activated, the entire map can be broken.

@GoodestEnglish Since this option is going to be added, could you also add a command to enable the sand to break?

Example /breakarena on (activate) and /breakarena off (disable)

This would help me since I have a menu that I made so that certain ranked users can edit the party games if they are owners.
