I have talked to alot of people about this but I have yet to come across a solution There are no console errors to be seen

The same thing happens to me, it only works again when I restart the server or it simply does not work, it is very unlikely that it will be fixed by restarting.

What spigot and minecraft version are you using?

WindSpigot 1.8.8

I have found the issue, it was because of an addon that allows for fallback AKA FallbackServerAddon, this will be reported to the developer

Mine randomly dissapears after a long while with no errors in logs or console, reappears after a restart. Using carbon with 1.8 ofc, idk what it could be

I will see what happens. Possibly the scoreboard API I used occurs.
