Message spacing and rounding

Current:

A few proposed changes for aesthetics:

• Round the corners of embeds like images and increase padding

• Increase padding around mention chips

• Keep padding consistent, taking chips into account

Marking this as bug because I think I did all this before... it must've been a regression.
