Replacing special ASCII characters in README.rst #8

Fixes issue #7.

I am not sure why this has not come up in the python 3.6 tests, but I can read the README.rst after making these two changes.

The Python 3 tests are failing because you're using the Python 2 syntax for exception catching (see Travis link). (I'd change it myself if this weren't a PR from your fork.) Thanks for fixing this!
