.pyc files created in /etc/motley_cue #29

/etc/motley_cue/__pycache__ gets automatically created bc. of /etc/motley_cue/gunicorn.conf.py.

Possible solution: move gunicorn config file to /usr/lib/motley_cue since it does not need to be modified by sysadmin.
