Have login persist (as a surveyor) through the website pages

Here are the listed endpoints to have the login persist in:

• /accountInfo
• /viewCreatedSurveys
• /newSurvey
• /surveys/{surveyID}
• /surveys/{surveyID}/delete/{questionID}
• /savesurvey

Currently, "View Created Surveys" and "Account Information" don't work in Surveyor Homepage - Need authorization

View "Account Information" should be working on login-feature branch
