Physical button mapping doesn't work (Nexus One) #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to map the left and right mouse buttons to physical buttons on a nexus
one
2. The phone waits for a physical button to be pressed, no input is accepted
(except back to quit out)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The emulator should detect a keypress and return to the menu. Instead it simply
waits forever until back is pressed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dosbox 0.2.5 on Nexus One, running Cyanogenmod 7.0.3 (2.3-based)

Please provide any additional information below.
The volume buttons and search button are the ones I was mostly testing with, as
they'd be most useful (power/home are disallowed, and menu/back/trackball-click
are used for functions already)
