Is LightWatcher.cs still a needed source file, or is it good to be commented out since it isn't in the repo?

in ChanArchiver.csproj 116:

It might going to be needed in the future. Currently it's an empty class named LightWatcher, so it has no effect on the project, and that's why I have not uploaded it.

So it's good to be commented out.
