Newest Chrome Beta breaks High Contrast extension #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to new Chrome Beta (Version 26.0.1410.19 beta)
2. Attempt to view any page with High Contrast extension enabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the extension is enabled, I see dark backgrounds and light text.  Instead, 
I now see all black.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

It could be due to a Chrome Beta bug and I'll refer to this issue from my 
Chrome bug report.

This seems to be fixed in recent beta builds.
