Introduces:

xr-room-physics: automatic config of physics to match configured room layout (as reported via XRPlanes)
ball-blaster: a simple gun that shoots small balls. Handy for testing physics.
desktop-xr-plane: simulates an XRPlane on a desktop. Very useful for testing with XRPlanes, without having to use a VR headset.

Plus minor changes to dsktop-vr-controller

clearer label for V button (which simulates A button on right controller, since A is already is use for WASD)
compatibility issues with desktop-xr-plane.
